The exceptionally good bones and architectural grace of this historic building made renovating this Boston condominium an absolute dream.
Through the renovation process, CBID brought several of the rooms down to the studs, replaced the windows and doors with historically accurate updates, replaced the flooring and yet preserved the beautiful horsehair plaster walls and magnificent moldings and millwork.
The end result of this extensive renovation was beautiful, feminine spaces that provided elegant yet comfortable living.
